Jabberwocky 3

This is the first of ten illustrations based on Lewis Carrol's nonsense poem "The Jabberwocky" from "Through the Looking Glass". The basic setup is a father telling his son the story, and the child imagining himself in the story. I approached doing these illustrations in cinematic way, trying to use interesting angles, a create s distinct sense of mood. comments and the like are welcome, and take a look at the rest of the illustrations if you like.
