Adventure in Neverland

This another Peter Pan illustration, from J.M. Barrie's fantastic book. This isn't a particular scene from the book, but it is something that I feel captures the spirit of adventure and Neverland. In the back is Hook's ship the Jolly Roger and some treacherous mermaids, they can't be trusted you know. In this I really wanted to play with the colors in the water, the reflections and all that. Update: I redid all the clouds, added more atmosphere, and fixed up a few thing here and there. 4/23/2008
