Nice job, the lines are a lot cleaner than previous work. They look less like an after thought and more like part of the composition. They don't compete, I think is what I'm trying to say.
I know it help to draw the outline of the cast shadow at first, but as you render it in you should remember that shadows get darker at the center or base.
I love the fact that it doesn't look anime!
He looks like a blonde Moses from "Prince of Egypt". Well done anyway. :} I love that movie.

Wow!! That is soo awesome! I love the Hunchback of Notre Dame! The face is gorgeous, especially the angles and ruggedness. You really captured his character. The soft glow on his head is a nice touch too!

Wow... such a great illustration! It has such a weathered feel to it... like it really could have come out of an old manuscript.
I really like the linework on the face and the colors in the cape.
